Do we need prior jet ski experience to join a tour, or are beginners welcome?

There is no prior jet ski operation experience required for tours and rentals. All instructions and procedures will be given by an instructor prior to departure. Beginners are most welcome!

Are there any age, weight, or skill requirements for jet ski rentals and tours?

Accepted Answer

For our jet ski rentals and tours, all customers must have full use of all their limbs and must be physically fit enough to operate the jet ski. Pregnant women cannot participate in jet ski activities. The minimum age requirement is 16 with parent or guardian's signed permission. There is a weight limit of 400 lbs per jet ski (driver and passenger combined).

Are there designated areas where we can use the rented equipment, or can we explore freely?

Accepted Answer

Once rented, customer is free to explore within the designated areas as explained by the instructor upon rental. For your safety, guests must stay within the view of the instructor from the beach.

Do you provide equipment such as life jackets?

Accepted Answer

⁠Life vests are provided for each guest participating in a jet ski rental/tour. It is mandatory to wear a life jacket for these activities.

Question 5

What safety measures are in place during the activities?

Accepted Answer

During activities, all participants are monitored by an instructor from the beach and on the water when necessary. In case of an emergency on the water, the instructor will initiate a rescue with his chase bike.

Question 6

What happens in case of bad weather or rough sea conditions?

Accepted Answer

In case of bad weather, our jet ski operation will be closed and bookings will be canceled and reschedule when possible.

Question 7

What happens if the rented equipment gets damaged during our rental period?

Accepted Answer

Every customer signs a waiver before departure acknowledging responsibility for themselves and any structural damage to the jet ski (structural damage will be at the cost of the signee).
